PUBLIC NOTICE! Annual Member Meeting
Mark your calendar! USA Working Equitation’s annual meeting of the members will be held virtually via Zoom on Saturday February 4, 2023 at 9:00 am PST | 10:00 am MST | 11:00 am CST | 12:00 pm EST. The meeting day and time is predetermined and mandated by USAWE’s Bylaws. All current USAWE members in good standing are invited to attend. To attend, watch your email for the meeting invitation, then RSVP to receive the meeting information/ Zoom webinar link.

We would love to hear from you. While we may not be able to answer each and every question during the meeting, your questions will help to guide our decisions and better understand the needs and concerns of our members. To ask a question, please use this link and submit your question(s) by January 25th so presenters have time to prepare a response. Thank you.

Corporate Meetings
The Board of Directors (BOD) meeting is scheduled 5:00-6:30 pm Pacific time the 2nd Wednesday of each month and will take place via Zoom. All USAWE Members in good standing are welcome to attend as a silent participant.
Next meeting is scheduled Wednesday February 8, 2023 5:00-6:30 pm Pacific time and will take place virtually via Zoom.
Please contact Secretary Kris Blacklock (Secretary@usawe.org) at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting if you would like the Zoom meeting room access information. Requests for access arriving less than 24 hours prior to the meeting are not guaranteed a response.

Policies & Procedures – What’s New
The usawe.org website > Corporate > Records has been updated to include an online form to submit Policy/Procedure Change Proposals to the Board of Directors (BOD) and to include ALL committees.
Proposed changes can be submitted by officers, directors, committees, or members for consideration using the Policy/Procedure Change Proposal Form on the USAWE website. All modifications to the USAWE Policies and Procedures will be reviewed/approved by the Board of Directors and updated by Secretary Kris Blacklock.
